Our Story

We are passionate growers dedicated to Eco friendly sustainable farming. That's why we decided to start Family Roots Farm. A bio-intensive, pesticide and herbicide free farm that produces a wide range of vegetables. Our goal is to grow vegetables of the highest quality for our community and CSA members with no negative impact to the environment.

 

Our Farm is 4 acres, of which only 1 acre is actually cultivated. I'm sure to most that sounds quite small but our approach to farming is quite different. By observing mother nature, we have combined old technology with new techniques to manage challenges every farmer must face. Ginette is the executive administer of Family Roots Farm, Her love for all things family and good food make her the best judge of quality and character.

Co-Owner / Son 

Ryan is the production manager of Family Roots Farm, his passion for Sustainable farming is what drives him to find "outside of the box" methods to achieve high production on minimal acreage and input.
